These jury verdicts have been selected from several different verdicts reported and investigated in these various jurisdictions. It is our intention that these verdicts represent the outcomes one should expect in these jurisdictions, but the selection process has not been done randomly and though each of these verdicts was rendered in the jurisdiction identified many cases have been omitted or disregarded that may reflect a different and often contrary opinion thus this study merely represent our opinion.
